Privacy Policy

Eduovisual LLC Effective date: July 26, 2026

Eduovisual LLC ("Eduovisual," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website eduovisual.com and the Eduovisual mobile application (together, the "Service") — a visual-first study platform for medical, nursing, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner board-examination preparation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Eduovisual LLC is a limited liability company organized in Delaware, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@eduovisual.com.

Mailing address: 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208, PMB 18015, Newark, DE 19702, USA.

2. Who the Service is for

The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older — health professionals and students preparing for professional licensing and board certification examinations. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact hello@eduovisual.com and we will delete it.

3. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our platform provider (Wix) and stored in hashed form; we do not have access to your plaintext password.

Purchase and access information. When you buy access to a question bank we record which plan you purchased and its validity period so we can grant access. Payments are processed by our platform's payment providers; we do not collect or store your full card number.

Study activity. To provide features such as your performance dashboard, the Service may record your practice activity — for example questions attempted, answers selected, and scores. In the mobile app, question content and your current session may also be stored locally on your device so the app works quickly and offline; a secure login token is stored locally to keep you signed in.

Technical and usage data. Like most online services, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, and pages or screens accessed, for security and to operate the Service. Our website may use cookies and analytics (including Wix analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics) to understand traffic and improve the site. The mobile app does not contain third-party advertising or cross-app tracking software.

4. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • create and manage your account and keep you signed in;

  • grant and verify your access to purchased question banks;

  • provide core features, including your performance analytics;

  • process purchases and provide customer support;

  • maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug problems;

  • understand and improve the Service; and

  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to serve you third-party advertising.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for); our legitimate interests (securing, operating, and improving the Service); consent (for optional website analytics/cookies, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who operate the Service on our behalf — notably Wix (website hosting, member accounts, database, and payments) and payment processors that handle transactions;

  • Apple App Store and Google Play, in connection with distributing the app and, where applicable, processing in-store transactions, subject to their own privacy policies;

  • analytics providers for our website, as described above; and

  • authorities or other parties where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. International users and data transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Data retention

We keep account and purchase information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@eduovisual.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You can also clear locally stored app data at any time by signing out of the app or uninstalling it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures — including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
